Osker is a Cornwall based photographer, filmmaker, storyteller and award-winning cinematographer. Building relationships with people of the sea, he specialises in the deep blue, thriving in underwater and water based environments. Telling visual stories across land and sea, Osker explores the spaces between environmental, social and experimental topics.
